Snow day!

We have had lots of rainy, gray, and cold days this winter and a couple of times we've had flurries. But today we finally got some snow that stuck - a whole 1/4" of snow!! The kids were super excited. We got up and had pancakes with snow (aka powdered sugar) and then bundled up to head out and play before our big snow melted away. They were disappointed when I explained that there wasn't enough snow to get the sleds out, but they still had a really good time. It's amazing how much their snowball making and throwing ability has improved since last year - I got plummeted several times as I tried to catch some pictures.
